Paris Saint-Germain delivered a true masterclass tonight at the Parc des Princes, crushing Stade Brestois (7-0) in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16. Already victorious in the first leg, the capital club gave its opponent no chance, scoring a total of 10 goals over the two matches while conceding none.

A Dominant PSG from the Start

As early as the 9th minute, Achraf Hakimi looked to create danger by combining with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but a misunderstanding between the two players prevented the move from materializing.

PSG’s opening goal came in the 20th minute, when Bradley Barcola found the net. The Parisians continued their dominance, and just before halftime, Kvaratskhelia doubled the lead in the 39th minute, allowing Luis Enrique’s men to go into the break with a comfortable advantage.

    Hakimi Active, Brest Overwhelmed

In the second half, PSG kept pressing forward. In the 43rd minute, Hakimi delivered a perfect cross, but Brest’s goalkeeper pulled off a great save.

The Parisian side didn’t slow down. In the 59th minute, Vitinha netted the third goal, followed by Désiré Doué in the 64th. Completely outmatched, Brest collapsed again in the 69th minute, as Hakimi set up Nuno Mendes, who finished with a clinical strike.

The nightmare continued for Brest. Gonçalo Ramos (76’) and Senny Mayulu (86’) added to the tally, sealing a 7-0 demolition.

PSG Marches into the Round of 16

With this emphatic victory, PSG secured its place in the Champions League round of 16. A high-profile clash against Liverpool or FC Barcelona awaits in the next round.

A rampaging PSG steamrolled Brest tonight, sending a strong message to the rest of Europe.
