In an article dedicated to his successful World Cup debut, Diario Sport highlights the resurgence of Brahim Díaz with the Moroccan national team. The Spanish media describes it as a form of revenge for the Real Madrid player, just months after the disappointment experienced in the Africa Cup of Nations final.
Brahim Díaz is indeed going through a strong moment with the Atlas Lions. Already decisive against Brazil during Morocco’s opening match in this World Cup, the Moroccan player shone again against Scotland by providing another assist to Ismael Saibari. Two matches, two assists: his influence in the Moroccan game is confirmed.
This successful start takes on a particular dimension considering his recent history with the national team. Diario Sport recalls that Brahim had a difficult end to the AFCON on a personal level after missing a decisive penalty in the final against Senegal. A painful moment that the player faced with much emotion, before promising to bounce back.
In this World Cup, Brahim Díaz is responding in the best way: on the field. Positioned between the lines, he brings speed to the passes, creativity, and valuable technical quality in the final third. His understanding with Ismael Saibari, who has already scored twice from his assists, has become one of the great offensive strengths of the Atlas Lions.
The Spanish media also emphasizes Brahim’s important role in the Moroccan project. Born in Malaga, trained in Spain, and having played for Spanish selections, the Real Madrid player chose to represent Morocco, which has managed to capitalize on his talent and offer him a central place in its sports project.
After the continental pain, Brahim Díaz seems to have transformed this injury into a driving force. More than a personal revenge, his World Cup start confirms his importance in an ambitious Moroccan team, attractive in play and supported by several major talents.
