Just minutes after the announcement of Achraf Hakimi’s victory at the African Ballon d’Or 2025, Ousmane Dembélé took the time to congratulate his Paris Saint-Germain teammate. The French international, himself a Ballon d’Or winner, reacted via his social media to commend the performance of the Moroccan full-back.
“Well deserved, my brother,” Dembélé wrote in a brief yet powerful message, illustrating the bond that unites the two players within the Parisian locker room. This expression of respect adds to the numerous tributes paid to Hakimi since his crowning in Rabat.
