Back in Marseille after his loan at Istanbul Başakşehir, the 29-year-old player has taken advantage of the summer preparation to regain credibility. He has started three times in the last four friendly matches for OM, notably being used on the right wing while enjoying some freedom to drift inside and participate in the build-up play.
His ability to play in both channels or behind the striker represents an interesting option for Genesio.
