Angers SCO has officially announced the arrival of Amine El Ouazzani. The Moroccan forward joins the Angers club on loan from SC Braga for the 2026-2027 season.
The 25-year-old player returns to French football two years after leaving En Avant Guingamp. During the 2023-2024 season, he played 39 matches in all competitions with the Breton club, scoring 12 goals and providing 5 assists. A year earlier, he had totaled 7 goals and 2 assists in 23 matches.
Transferred to Braga in the summer of 2024 for around 3.5 million euros, Amine El Ouazzani had a promising first season in Portugal. During the 2024-2025 season, the Moroccan forward participated in 51 matches across all competitions, with a record of 11 goals and 3 assists.
His 2025-2026 season was more challenging. El Ouazzani scored only 2 goals and provided 1 assist in 24 appearances across all competitions. His arrival at Angers is expected to give him more playing time and help reignite his progress in Ligue 1.
