The Dutch media indicates that it has verified with its own sources that the green light given by Girona to the 26-year-old midfielder is indeed real. Ounahi can thus go to Amsterdam to negotiate the terms of a potential arrival at Ajax.
This authorization represents an additional step in a case that has been followed for several weeks by the Amsterdam club. Ounahi knows Míchel Sánchez well, having worked under him at Girona, which could influence the Moroccan’s decision.
However, competition is not entirely ruled out.
