Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal remains on Fulham’s radar, but Stade Rennais has no intention of parting ways with their central defender this summer. The London club has already made an offer for the Moroccan international, but has not succeeded in changing the stance of the Breton leaders.
According to L’Équipe, the 20-year-old player is among the key elements that Rennes wishes to retain. Under contract until June 2028, Aït Boudlal holds an important place in the Rennes project, and Fulham’s initial approach was not deemed convincing enough.
However, the door is not completely shut. A particularly substantial offer could prompt Stade Rennais to reconsider its position before the transfer window closes. Fulham will therefore need to significantly revise its proposal if it truly wishes to persuade the Breton club.
The English club continues its efforts, while Aït Boudlal is reportedly interested in the possibility of experiencing the Premier League. For now, Rennes maintains control over the situation and does not plan to let their Moroccan international go.
