The Moroccan women’s national team defeated Ghana 1-0 in a friendly match played on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Père Jégo Stadium in Casablanca. This match was part of the Atlas Lionesses’ preparations for the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, set to take place in Morocco this July. Despite a solid opposition, the Moroccan players made the difference in the final moments with a goal from Sakina Ouzraoui in the 90th minute.
