Ayoub Mouloua particularly stood out with Aberdeen during the 4-1 victory against Dunfermline Athletic in a friendly match.
Coming on at halftime, the Moroccan forward needed only a few minutes to make his mark. He first found the back of the net in the 47th minute before scoring a second goal shortly after the hour mark.
Mouloua did not stop there, as he also provided an assist to Lewis Smith for Aberdeen’s fourth goal. In just one half, the Moroccan was directly involved in three of his team’s four goals.
This performance confirms his rise in Scotland, where he seems to be gradually finding his footing since his arrival. His coach, Stephen Robinson, recently discussed this adaptation phase, particularly in terms of language, while highlighting the progress made by his player.
Mouloua had already opened his account in the league a few weeks earlier during Aberdeen’s comprehensive victory over Motherwell (4-0).
With two goals and an assist against Dunfermline, the Moroccan is using this friendly match to send a positive signal ahead of the resumption of official competitions.
