Ismaël Saibari continues his excellent start to the season with Bayern Munich. Starting this Sunday on the pitch in Elversberg during the 3rd matchday of the Bundesliga, the Moroccan international once again proved decisive by providing an assist in the Bavarians’ victory (2-1).
The Atlas Lion was responsible for opening the scoring in the 26th minute. After penetrating the box from the side, Saibari delivered a low ball to the far post. Lennart Karl perfectly followed the play to deceive the Elversberg goalkeeper and give Bayern the lead.
However, the Bavarians had to fight hard to secure the three points. Maurice Krattenmacher equalized for both teams in the 61st minute before Harry Kane restored Bayern’s advantage eleven minutes later. The English striker scored the goal for 2-1, sealing the victory for Vincent Kompany’s men.
Saibari left the pitch in the 65th minute, at the moment when the Bayern coach made several substitutions. His new assist particularly confirms his successful integration into Bayern and his growing influence in the Munich offensive sector.
With already three assists after three matchdays in the Bundesliga, the Moroccan international is showing particularly convincing beginnings in the German championship. His ability to create differences and serve his teammates is already making him one of the most productive players for Bayern at the start of the season.
