Oussama Idrissi shone in the night from Friday to Saturday by scoring a stunning goal during Pachuca’s victory over Atlante (3-0) in the 8th round of the Mexican championship.
As a starter, the Moroccan international participated in his team’s offensive festival by scoring the third goal in the 38th minute. Idrissi unleashed a powerful shot that left the opposing goalkeeper with no chance, allowing Pachuca to pull ahead definitively before halftime.
Pachuca had previously opened the scoring thanks to Salomón Rondón in the 13th minute, before Kenedy doubled the lead seven minutes later. Idrissi then capped off this well-controlled first half by extending the score to 3-0. No further goals were scored after the break.
This goal marks Idrissi’s first in Liga MX this season. The Moroccan had already found the net earlier in August against Columbus Crew in the Leagues Cup and continues to play an important role in Pachuca’s offensive sector.
