The Moroccan forward of Bayer Leverkusen faced Bayern Munich in the Round of 16 of the Champions League.
The Moroccan was included from the start in the Bayer attack, playing in a 4-4-2 formation alongside Wirtz. This marked his return as a starter in the Champions League after an injury that kept him off the pitch for several months.
