En-Nesyri scores twice and leads Al-Ittihad

Youssef En-Nesyri delivered a standout performance this Friday with Al-Ittihad. The Moroccan international striker scored a brace in his team’s victory over Al-Faisaly (3-1) during the 7th round of the Saudi Pro League.

En-Nesyri first found the back of the net in the 43rd minute, scoring his team’s second goal. Always present in the opponent’s box, the Atlas Lion struck again shortly after halftime, netting another goal in the 59th minute, allowing Al-Ittihad to pull ahead decisively.

Starting in this match, the Moroccan fully capitalized on his place in the starting eleven to showcase his effectiveness in front of goal. After achieving the essential with his two goals, he was eventually substituted in the 72nd minute.

This performance comes just three days after his goal against Al-Fayha. Coming off the bench in that previous match, En-Nesyri had scored from the penalty spot in the 68th minute during Al-Ittihad’s 2-1 victory.

With three goals in his last two appearances, En-Nesyri is regaining particularly interesting offensive efficiency at a time when competition remains fierce in Al-Ittihad’s attacking front.
