The presence of Achraf Hakimi for the Classique between Olympique de Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain remains uncertain. Asked this Friday at a press conference, Luis Enrique did not wish to confirm the participation of the Moroccan international for the trip scheduled for Sunday at the Vélodrome.
“We will see tomorrow, there is still a training session, and we will see if Hakimi will be present,” explained the Parisian coach, refusing to elaborate further in order not to give any hints to his opponent.
Injured in his right thigh during PSG’s victory at Brest (1-0), Hakimi has not yet resumed collective training. This Friday, the right-back only engaged in individual work, separate from the group. His situation will therefore be reassessed during the final session before the clash against Marseille.
Thus, Luis Enrique neither announced the Moroccan’s absence nor confirmed his return. With two days to go before the Classique, the suspense remains regarding his presence for this match of the 5th round of Ligue 1, scheduled for Sunday at 8:45 PM at the Stade Vélodrome.
