Mohamed Ouahbi published a message on his Instagram account after Morocco’s journey in the World Cup came to an end. The coach of the Atlas Lions reflected on his team’s elimination while addressing his apologies to Moroccan supporters.
“Our journey ended yesterday, but our ambition does not stop there,” wrote the Moroccan coach. He also acknowledged that the team did not deliver the expected performance: “We are sorry for not being able to produce the match you deserved.”
Through this post, accompanied by several images from the tournament, Mohamed Ouahbi emphasized that the ambitions of Moroccan football remain intact. Despite the disappointment of elimination, the coach aimed to send a forward-looking message.
