PSV Eindhoven officially announced on Wednesday the end of Anass Salah-Eddine’s loan. The Moroccan international will no longer wear the colors of the Dutch club, as his loan agreement with AS Roma expired on July 1, 2026.
In its statement, PSV clarified that the Moroccan left-back “is no longer playing for PSV from now on,” following the expiration of his loan contract with the Italian club. The Eindhoven team also took the opportunity to thank the player for his commitment and contribution during the past season.
Arriving at PSV on August 31, 2025, from AS Roma, Anass Salah-Eddine had been loaned until the end of the season, with a purchase option negotiated between the two clubs. The 23-year-old defender was returning to a league he knew well, having previously played in the Netherlands for Ajax Amsterdam and FC Twente.
This announcement thus marks the end of his time in Eindhoven, at least in the context of this loan. Unless new negotiations take place between the parties, Anass Salah-Eddine is now expected to return to AS Roma, where his future will need to be clarified in the coming weeks.
