Zouhair El Moutaraji made a strong impression during the 7th round of the Egyptian Premier League. The Moroccan player scored his first goal for Pharco, securing a valuable 2-1 win over Smouha, where his compatriot Abdelkabir El Ouadi also plays. The match took place at the Harras El-Hedoud Stadium in Alexandria.

The game began with Smouha dominating, spearheaded by Abdelkabir El Ouadi. He had a goal disallowed for offside in the 11th minute. Shortly after, El Ouadi redeemed himself by initiating a decisive counterattack. His pass into the box was converted by Mahmoud Saber, setting up Beninese player Dodo Dokou to open the scoring in the 19th minute.

In the second half, Pharco turned the game around with relentless pressing. Amr Nasser equalized from the penalty spot in the 54th minute. Smouha, weakened by questionable tactical decisions, notably the substitution of El Ouadi in the 77th minute, struggled to maintain their composure.

Substitute Zouhair El Moutaraji showcased his skills late in the match. In the 80th minute, he outmaneuvered a defender with a clever feint before unleashing a powerful strike from outside the box, clinching the winning goal for Pharco. This victory propelled Pharco to 7th place in the standings with 10 points. Meanwhile, Smouha dropped to 16th position with just 5 points, highlighting a challenging period for Abdelkabir El Ouadi and his teammates.
