Fenerbahçe confirmed its dominance in the Turkish Cup by overpowering Erzurumspor (5-0) on the second matchday of the competition. Scoring a late brace, Youssef En-Nesyri once again showcased his efficiency in front of goal, playing a crucial role in this emphatic victory.

From the first half, Fenerbahçe took the lead with a goal from Talisca in the 33rd minute. After the break, Cenk Tosun converted a penalty in the 50th minute, strengthening his team’s advantage. Mert Hakan Yandaş then added a third goal in the 78th minute before En-Nesyri completed the offensive festival with two quick goals (81st and 89th minutes).

Already in top form in recent weeks, the Moroccan striker continues his impressive run, reaching the 20-goal mark this season, distributed as follows:

    • 13 in the Süper Lig
    • 4 in the UEFA Europa League
    • 3 in the Turkish Cup

His outstanding form is reflected in remarkable stats:

    • 12 goals in his last 10 matches
    • 20 goals in total this season
    • Already matched last season’s goal tally
    • Fenerbahçe’s top scorer

In exceptional form, Youssef En-Nesyri has established himself as one of Fenerbahçe’s key assets, emerging as the club’s attacking leader. His growing influence will be a crucial factor in the Istanbul side’s pursuit of success this season.
