Having had an excellent start to the season in La Liga, Zabiri believes that the trust placed in him by his new club plays a major role in his performances. “When your team trusts you, you give more, and that\u2019s what happened to me when I arrived in Spain. I quickly adapted to the team, they treated me well, and I was able to show what I could do on the field,” the forward explained in a statement released by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.<\/p>\n
The 21-year-old player also reflected on the atmosphere within the Moroccan national team. Already familiar with several members of the group, he particularly highlights the warm welcome extended to younger players by the veterans. “When you come to the national team, you don\u2019t feel small. The older players help you adapt quickly,” he shared, emphasizing the humility of the players and how easily newcomers can find their place.<\/p>\n
Now focused on the upcoming match against Gabon, Zabiri assures that the Lions are seriously preparing for their entry into the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. The objective is clear: to start with a victory in front of the Moroccan crowd before continuing the campaign in South Africa against Lesotho. “We are preparing as best as we can. Here, everything is available, and we want to win our first home match,” added the Moroccan international.<\/p>\n
