The Moroccan national women’s under-17 team won the UNAF tournament, held from July 16 to 23, 2026, in Tunisia. The Lioncelles of the Atlas finished at the top of the standings with seven points, thanks to two victories and one draw.<\/p>\n
In their final match, played on Wednesday, July 22, at the Ariana Stadium, the players of Youness Rabii dominated Tunisia with a score of 4-0. Nayla Aagaou opened the scoring in the 7th minute, before Nora El Rhachoua Wachol doubled the lead in the 17th. Ikram Doudouh scored the third goal in the 24th minute, while Yousra El Manouti concluded the offensive festival in the 82nd.<\/p>\n
Morocco started the competition with a draw against Botswana (1-1), before overwhelming Libya on the second day with a resounding victory of 10-0. These results allowed the Moroccans to outpace Tunisia, who finished second with six points, and Botswana, who came in third with four points. Libya finished in last place without a single point.<\/p>\n
