The player underwent his medical examination in the morning before signing with the Canaries. He joins on a free transfer after spending last season at APOEL Nicosia in Cyprus.
Aged 38, El Arabi has signed a one-year contract, which includes an option for an additional year. The striker has earned 47 caps with the Moroccan national team.
