Having joined Dinamo Zagreb on a free transfer this summer, Moroccan international Samy Mmaee endured a tough evening during Matchday 7 of the Champions League. Facing Arsenal, the Croatian side failed to trouble an in-form English team that dominated the game at the Emirates Stadium.
Undefeated at home in the Champions League this season (three wins from three matches), Arsenal entered the encounter aiming to solidify their qualification for the Round of 16. The Gunners didn’t need to exert themselves much against a Zagreb team undergoing a rebuilding phase.

Currently ranked 26th overall, the Croatian side must secure a crucial victory against AC Milan in their next match. Additionally, they will need to count on slip-ups from heavyweights like Manchester City, PSG, or Benfica to keep their European dream alive.
