Soufiane Rahimi continues to shine with Al Ain. The Moroccan forward provided an assist in his team’s 2-1 win over Al Bataeh during Matchday 15 of the UAE Pro League.
Rahimi played a key role in a well-executed team move, setting up Paraguayan international Alejandro Romero for Al Ain’s opening goal after just 15 minutes.
However, his side’s lead was short-lived, as the visitors equalized only three minutes later. In the second half, Argentine forward Mateo Sanabria secured the victory for Al Ain with a goal in the 68th minute.
With this win, Al Ain remains third in the standings with 26 points, just one ahead of Al Nasr, who will look to overtake Rahimi’s side in their upcoming match against Baniyas on Sunday.
