For the 21st matchday of the Saudi Pro League, Al-Fateh won 1-0 against Al Oruba thanks to a goal from Moroccan Mourad Batna.

Started by his coach Martins Teixeira Gomes, the Lion of the Atlas proved decisive once again, a week after he opened the scoring against Al-Ettifaq FC. This time, he was the sole goal scorer of the match with a true work of art: an angled free kick that surprised Belgian goalkeeper Gaëtan Coucke.

Batna now has a record of 6 goals and 1 assist in 15 league matches this season. This is a valuable performance for Al-Fateh, currently 17th, but regaining form in recent weeks, raising hopes of a possible survival.
