The Moroccan U18 national team, led by Nourredine Naybet, will face their Norwegian counterparts tonight at 20:00 in a friendly match at the Marbella Football Center in Spain. This encounter is part of the development of young Moroccan talents and the establishment of a solid collective that is expected to take over from the U20 team after the U20 Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place in Ivory Coast from April 26 to May 18, 2025.

Against a Norwegian team known for its tactical discipline and physical intensity, this test will allow Naybet’s coaching staff to assess the players’ progress and instill the national team’s playing principles. Cohesion and movement automation will be at the core of the objectives for this match as the Cubs continue to build momentum.

This match also presents a valuable opportunity for the young Moroccans to face European football, which has different demands—an essential learning experience in their development. By participating in these high-level encounters, the U18 team is not only preparing the next generation of Moroccan talents but also strengthening the foundations of national football for the future.
