As part of their preparations for the U20 World Cup, which will take place in Chile from September 27 to October 19, the Egyptian U20 team will travel to Morocco to play two friendly matches. This visit comes after an official invitation from the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
Led by coach Osama Nabieh, the Egyptian team will arrive in Morocco on August 10. They will face the “Lionceaux de l’Atlas” (Atlas Lion Cubs) in Casablanca on two occasions, August 13 and 15.
Meanwhile, the Moroccan U20 squad has been in a closed training camp at the Mohammed VI Football Complex since Monday, August 4, 2025. National coach Mohamed Ouahbi’s roster includes 25 local players, with players based abroad expected to join later.
