OGC Nice failed to defeat Paris FC (1-1) this Sunday in Matchday 6 of Ligue 1. The Aiglons had nevertheless taken the lead in the 40th minute, when Sofiane Diop, found between the lines by Mohamed-Ali Cho, finished with a low cross shot past Nkambadio.
After the break, Nice dropped back and the promoted side grew in confidence. In the 88th minute, Jean-Philippe Krasso equalized from the penalty spot, sending Diouf the wrong way.
The end of the match proved difficult for Nice. Injured, Sofiane Diop had to leave the pitch before returning, visibly struggling. He pushed through to finish the game, but his condition remains a concern.
