In the 22nd round of Ligue 1, OGC Nice won 3-1 on the pitch of Le Havre, with a goal from Moroccan international Sofiane Diop.

Nice quickly took the lead thanks to Laborde (16′), before doubling their advantage with an own goal from Kinkoue (18′). Le Havre responded in the 28th minute with Yassine Kechta, who perfectly capitalized on a pass from Diawara to beat Bulka with a left-footed shot. The Atlas Lion scored his very first goal in Ligue 1.

Reduced to ten men in the final moments (90′), the Eagles nevertheless sealed their victory in injury time thanks to Sofiane Diop (90+4′), who was well served by Boga. The Moroccan international thus scored his 6th goal of the season in Ligue 1, also adding 3 assists to his tally.

This victory allows Nice to reclaim 3rd place in the standings, equal on points with Monaco but with a better goal difference. However, Nice still trail OM by six points, with the latter currently sitting as the runner-up to Paris Saint-Germain.
