Jabbari in Cincinnati: A new chapter across the atlantic

American club FC Cincinnati has announced the arrival of Ayoub Jabbari from Grenoble, a French Ligue 2 club, on a loan deal until the end of the 2025 season.

Ayoub Jabbari, 25, is set to discover a new culture and a different style of play. Standing at 1.94 meters, the former AS FAR player brings a strong physical presence to the attack. A left-footer, he can play across all three forward positions. His excellent heading ability and versatility will make him a valuable asset for the Ohio-based club.

The loan deal includes a purchase option that would allow FC Cincinnati to permanently secure the player at the end of the season. Ayoub Jabbari is not the first Moroccan to wear the Cincinnati colors — his compatriot Adrien Regattin also had a stint with the club back in 2020.
