PSV Eindhoven could turn to Hakim Ziyech to bolster their attack, weakened by Ruben van Bommel’s serious knee injury. The 21-year-old Dutch winger is expected to miss the rest of the season, forcing the reigning champions to explore the free-agent market.
According to Eindhovens Dagblad, Ziyech, currently without a club after his stint at Al-Duhail, has been offered to the PSV management and is reportedly open to a move to Eindhoven. The 32-year-old Moroccan international, who previously played for Ajax, Chelsea, and Galatasaray, has not played for four months but remains a credible option for the Brabanders.
A potential signing would reunite him with Peter Bosz, the coach he successfully worked with at Ajax during the 2016-2017 season. With Alassane Pléa also sidelined, PSV could rely on Ziyech’s experience and creativity to cover their offensive gaps and remain competitive both domestically and in Europe.
