In the clash that saw Pyramids emerge victorious with a 1-0 win, Mohamed Chibi was named Man of the Match against Ismaily, demonstrating his significant contribution to the team’s success. The Moroccan right-back was a constant threat on the right flank, influencing both the defensive and offensive aspects of the game.

Mohamed Chibi’s display against Ismaily was a masterclass in versatility, with his constant involvement and fluid transitions between defense and attack proving vital for Pyramids FC. His stats are a testament to his influence, as he showcased remarkable vision with 7 accurate long balls. Beyond his solid distribution, Chibi was a creative engine, delivering 3 key passes and 10 crosses, while also posing a direct threat with a shot on target.

Defensively, Chibi was equally influential. While he was fouled twice, which highlights his ability to draw contact and relieve pressure, he also stood his ground in one-on-one situations. He won ground duels and was a nuisance for the opposition’s attackers. Chibi’s Man of the Match award was a testament to his crucial role in the team’s success.

It seems Mohamed Chibi is off to a great start this season, building on his stellar performance last year. He’s already earned several accolades, starting with the best player award at his club, Pyramids FC. This is a significant achievement, as he triumphed over forwards and midfielders who typically dominate such individual honors. A well-deserved recognition, and hats off to Pyramids FC for their impartial and fair appreciation of the Moroccan right-back’s crucial role in the team’s success. He was also named the best right-back in the Egyptian league and topped the assist charts, a title he has now held for two consecutive seasons.
