Boosted by a strong performance in the first leg of the prestigious Champions League Round of 16, Moroccan international Brahim Diaz played a key role in Real Madrid’s victory over Atlético Madrid at the Bernabéu. Scoring a decisive goal when the score was tied at 1-1, the Atlas Lion helped his team take a slight advantage ahead of the second leg. After this memorable night, he took the opportunity to speak about the incredible atmosphere in the stadium and the importance of staying focused for the rest of the competition.

“Thank you once again for your incredible support and for the electrifying atmosphere at the Bernabéu today, once again. The magical nights of the Bernabéu! But it’s not over yet. There’s still the second leg to play. We’re heading into it with a win, but there’s still a long way to go. Let’s go! Hala Madrid forever!”
