According to Fabrizio Romano, Anass Salah Eddine is about to join PSV Eindhoven. The Moroccan left-back, currently at AS Roma, has reached an agreement with the Dutch club for a loan deal that includes an €8 million purchase option. His medical is scheduled for tomorrow.
