Amine Adli returns to training after a long absence
Moroccan international Amine Adli has returned to training after an absence of nearly two and a half months due to a fibula fracture, an injury he sustained during the Champions League match against the French club Brest. After completing his rehabilitation and medical readjustment, he stepped back onto the field for his first solo training session, during which he worked with a ball.
According to the German daily Bild, the Bayer Leverkusen player is expected to make his full return to competition at the end of January or the beginning of February, provided his recovery continues as planned. Currently, he is responding well to his treatment program and is expected to soon rejoin the collective training sessions with his team.
