Amine Adli made a major impact in the Premier League this Tuesday, playing a key role in Bournemouth’s comeback win over Everton (2–1) at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Already threatening in the second half, the Moroccan international first showed his perfect sense of timing—before forcing the decisive moment in a move that left the Toffees down to ten men.

A Goal During the Cherries’ Strong Spell

Trailing 1–0 at halftime, Bournemouth came out firing after the break and turned the game around within minutes. During that dominant spell, Adli scored the go-ahead goal with a well-placed header, putting the visitors in front and giving them the psychological edge over Everton.

The Turning Point: O’Brien Sent Off After Foul on Adli

Moments later, Adli burst forward on the counterattack and raced toward goal. Jake O’Brien, the last defender, brought him down illegally, prompting the referee to show a straight red card. Reduced to ten men, Everton failed to mount a comeback, and Bournemouth comfortably managed their lead until the final whistle.
