The Al-Nasr club has officially announced the termination of the contract with Moroccan midfielder Adel Taarabt. In a statement released today, the club indicated that this decision was made by mutual agreement between both parties.

“It has been agreed between Al-Nasr Football Company and the player Adel Taarabt to terminate the employment contract concluded between them by mutual consent. Al-Nasr expresses its sincere gratitude to the player for his time at the club, wishing him all the best and success in his football career,” read the official statement.

This season, Adel Taarabt played 16 matches, scoring 8 goals and providing 1 assist.

At 34 years old, the Moroccan international, renowned for his creativity, remains an iconic figure in Moroccan football. Now a free agent, he has already attracted interest from several potential clubs, whether in competitive leagues or in the Botola Pro, where both Wydad and Raja dream of securing his services.
