The Raja of Casablanca secured its first victory of the season in Botola Pro by defeating Renaissance Zemamra with a score of 1-0.
The Greens opened the scoring in the 27th minute through Othmane Chraibi. Well assisted by Mohamed Boulacsout, the Raja player finished the play to score the only goal of the match.
Despite several attempts from both sides, the score did not change thereafter. Raja managed to maintain its lead until the final whistle, earning three important points to kick off their championship.
With this victory, the Casablanca club now occupies the eighth place in the standings with three points. However, Raja has one match in hand, as their game against AS FAR has not yet been played.
The Greens will now aim to confirm this first success in their next outing in Botola Pro.
