Ismael Saibari continues his gradual recovery at Bayern Munich. The Moroccan international scored his first goals in training under the colors of the Bavarian club, just a few days after resuming individual work at the Säbener Straße center.
Still in the recovery phase after the muscle injury to his thigh sustained during the Round of 16 match of the World Cup against Canada, the 25-year-old participated in a session alongside several players also sidelined from the group, including Serge Gnabry, Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies, and Lennart Karl.
After running exercises, sprints, and technical work with the ball, Saibari concluded the session with shots on goal. The former PSV Eindhoven player stood out for the accuracy and power of his attempts, hitting the net several times, notably under the crossbar and in the corners.
Signed this summer to strengthen Bayern’s attacking line, the Moroccan now hopes to rejoin team training as early as next week. This new step confirms the positive progress of his recovery, although the Munich club is expected to continue managing his return with caution.
