US Amal Tiznit will compete in the upcoming season of Botola Pro for the very first time in its history. The Souss club secured a historic promotion following the playoffs, concluding an exceptional rise that propels it among the elite of Moroccan football. Founded in 1948, the Tiznit team had never played at the highest national level before.
This promotion is all the more remarkable as US Amal Tiznit was still in the third division just over a year ago. After spending 37 consecutive seasons at the third tier, the club first secured its ticket to Botola 2 in 2025, before achieving the feat of a second consecutive promotion to Botola Pro. This rapid progression rewards a sports project pursued with consistency and ambition.
This promotion marks a historic moment for the city of Tiznit and for the entire Souss region, which will now have a new representative in the Moroccan elite.
