Nabil Touaizi showcased his talent in the crucial victory of his team Alverca (0-2) away against Casa Pia, proving that he is the man for big moments. In a tense and hard-fought match, where each team struggled to gain the upper hand, the encounter required a decisive action to be definitively sealed. An action marked by Nabil, who was pivotal in the goal that delivered and confirmed his club’s success.
The confirmation goal came in injury time, when the match could have swung at any moment. Launched intelligently on the right flank, Touaizi embarked on a run where his speed and technique allowed him to outmaneuver the opposing defense. With impressive composure despite the pressure of the clock, he then delivered a perfectly precise cross, offering a real gem to his teammate Marezi, who found the net with a well-placed header.
This victory allows Alverca to move up to 9th place in the standings after 14 matches played in Liga Portugal. Meanwhile, Casa Pia, where Yassin Oukili plays, sits at 15th place with 9 points on the board.
