Injured during the 4th matchday of the Champions League against Bayern Munich at the Parc des Princes, Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi is going through a difficult time. However, during the friendly match between Morocco and Mozambique, the Paris Saint-Germain full-back received a strong sign of support from the fans.
A banner was displayed in the stands:
“Allah y Chafik, courage Hakimi! Real warriors never give up. Morocco fully supports you, you are our pride! #DimaHakimi”
The player will certainly appreciate this support. The race against time has now begun, and all of Morocco hopes to see its Lion of the Atlas recovered in time for an Africa Cup of Nations that is already shaping up to be one of the major editions of African and world football.
