FIFA officially revealed, on Saturday, December 6, 2025, the schedule for the Atlas Lions in the group stage of the 2026 World Cup. Placed in Group C, Morocco will kick off its World Cup campaign with a high-stakes match against one of the giants of international football: Brazil.
Coach Hoalid Regragui’s team will launch their journey on June 13, 2026, in New York, where they will face the Seleção in their opening match. This exceptional start will immediately test Morocco’s ambitions in this tournament hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
For the second matchday, the Lions will travel to Boston on June 19 to take on a Scottish team known for its intensity and commitment.
Finally, Morocco will conclude the group stage on June 24, 2026, in Atlanta, against Haiti, a potentially decisive match to secure a spot in the Round of 16.
