Jol cool on El-Hamdaoui reunion at Fulham Fulham manager Martin Jol has dismissed suggestions he is planning to add Ajax striker Mounir El-Hamdaoui to his squad.
The player has been told he can leave Jol's former club, but the Dutchman claimed he was in no rush to be reunited with the Morocco international.
"I’ve got Bobby Zamora, who, if he played for another team, you would be interested in him as a No.9," said Jol.
"I’ve got Andy Johnson, I’ve got Clint Dempsey playing on the left, but who can also play in the spine as well. And I’ve got Moussa Dembele.
So I’ve got four players there in these two positions. There isn’t any club coming in for our players, so I’m very happy with them.
"Mounir is a very good player - one of the best finishers I’ve seen - but as the situation is now, I’ve got four strikers."We have a good group of players and I won’t buy a player for the sake of it. It has to be a player that will make a difference in his position."
